Throughout the entire change process, I provide steady leadership and maintain momentum. I report transparently to the holding company, presenting developments in a clear, comprehensible manner. Once the transformation is complete and the company is firmly on the path to success, I hand over to a new management team to carry the vision forward with confidence and continuity.
