Corporate development and transition

The challenges of a stagnating economy, rising costs and a persistent lack of demand affect both established companies and start-ups, which need to take decisive steps for sustainable growth right now. While in a technology start-up the focus is on expanding market share and scalable production, in a company in a largely saturated market and highly competitive environment the strategic approach may be to reorganize or even relocate production.

I advise companies on both business development and reorganization, and share my experience in market and product development, in setting up production sites, finance and controlling as well as in personnel management.

From start-up to industrial production

After the exciting project phase of founding a new company, it is a matter of building a resilient organization with clear areas of responsibility and functioning, lean processes in order to position the company well for sustainable growth. At the same time, it must be ensured that an agile sales organization is established in order to secure long-term sales and earnings.

Whether it’s about sales, finance, HR, service or production: with many years of experience in managing medium-sized companies, I am the right sparring partner for founders and the team around them.

Setting up a new production site – Relocation of production

Looking into setting up a sales office or even a new production site in Europe, Asia or the USA? And are you looking for an experienced manager who has an eye not only on the legal, personnel and organizational requirements but also on the technical challenges?

Do you want to ensure that the relocation of production is on schedule, that management and the local team speak the same language and pursue the same goals?

I’ll bring in my hands-on experience in production relocation projects and in setting up international sales locations to the mandate. I am your manager on site. Until the store is up and running.
